Cambridge Square is an affordable apartment community for persons 62 years of age and older in Greenwood, Indiana. Our community is a federally subsidized apartment community with rents and eligibility are determined by government regulations. We are conveniently located less than a mile from the Greenwood Park Mall on County Line Rd. We offer two types of pet friendly, affordable housing. For persons 62 years of age and older, we offer garden style one bedroom apartment homes in one-level, controlled access buildings. For all other persons, we offer two bedroom apartments & townhomes and three bedroom townhomes. Our apartment homes feature ceiling fans, free water, trash and sanitation utilities and a patio or balcony. Our community amenities include a laundry care center, picnic area with grill and a play park. This community is managed by the Gene B. Glick Company.
